My focus lies at the intersection of operational management, M&A, and value creation.

I am responsible for creating value throughout the entire cycle—from identifying and evaluating suitable targets, through executing transactions, to integration, operational development, and exit preparation.

I work where the real value is created: before the deal, during the transaction, and, above all, afterward. What matters is not that a company is acquired. What matters is that it becomes a manageable, scalable, and marketable entity.

I have taken on leadership roles in three different environments:

  • as an entrepreneur
  • in an international corporation
  • in the private equity sector

This combination continues to shape my approach to work to this day. I understand how companies function from the inside, how management teams make decisions under pressure, and what owners and investors look for when it comes to value creation, scalability, and exit potential.

I am neither a traditional consultant nor a pure deal specialist.
I combine transactional expertise with operational leadership responsibility—and that is precisely where my added value lies.
